Webster-pak is a weekly packaging system of your medication. Saving you time and worry, this system allows individuals to maintain their independence as all the medication is supplied in sealed compartments. There is a complete medication profile printed on the back of the header card, in accordance to your doctor’s instructions.

The NDSS aims to enhance the capacity of people with diabetes to understand and self-manage their life with diabetes. We also support people with diabetes by providing timely, reliable and affordable access to the NDSS support services and products. Registration with the NDSS is free and open to all Australians who are diagnosed with diabetes.

We have a wide range of NDSS products and often have free blood glucose monitors available, for those on diabetic medication (insulin or tablets)

We pride ourselves in our community participation and strive to continue to improve our customer service. All customers will experience friendly service and professional care at every pharmacy visit. As most pharmaceutical companies do not provide medication pamphlets, the pharmacy is happy to supple you with a Consumer Information Pamphlet for items on your request. We also store customer prescriptions, in their own personalised file, to ensure they do not get misplaced. Although we are not a compounding pharmacy, we work closely with one and are happy to provide you with the ability to collect at our pharmacy for convenience. Some of the professional services that our pharmacists provide are MedsCheck and Home Medication Reviews (HMR). MedsCheck is an in-pharmacy, consumer centred service which aims to enhance the quality use of medicines. It helps to educate the consumer about their medication and help to understand there need and possible interactions. It also allows the consumer to indicate if they are having problems taking their medication. Home Medication Reviews consist of a visit by the pharmacist to the customer home. All of their medication with be revised and discussed. Consult your doctor about this service, and from here you can make an appointment with our accredited pharmacist.

Our pharmacy provides many different services. We stock a wide range of making life easy products, which are at home help equipment, but many of these we also have for hire; crutches, breast pumps, wheelchairs and nebulizers are just some of them. The pharmacy also provides free blood pressure checks to customers. For those wanting to discard any unwanted or out of date medication, we are able to dispose of them for you, however we do not take back sharps or sharps containers. We are able to assist customers with Workcover or TAC claims, in their billing process. Simply provide us with a claim number and we will bill them direct.
