Home Medication Reviews consist of a visit by the pharmacist to the customer’s home were all medications are reviewed and discussed. Product information and lifestyle advice will be provided by the pharmacist to help you reach a state of optimal health. The Dose Administration Aids involve the packing of medications into weekly packs as per their doctor’s request. This means that the customer needs not to worry about organising their prescriptions as it is done as a part of the DAA service. These services help our community understand their medications and achieve good health outcomes.
